in post-sales service which we offer to our customers including
Extended Warranties, Seminars, Training and Maintenance. Extended
Warranties can give customers continuous assurance that their
system maintains its quoted accuracy levels and that it can
be quickly restored to a fully operational condition in the
event of any component failure.
On-line enquiry
AllFresh online enquiry service is intended for use only if
you cannot find the cold chain information you need on the
AllFreshTech website. We aim to respond to all enquiries within
up to 5 working days from receipt. If your enquiry is more

Training/Seminars
From time-to-time AllFresh will offer seminar programs in
various parts of the country. These programs will offer participants
a chance to learn how proper implementation of temperature
management and the cold chain can add profit to their operation.
The training offered can also be valuable for the prevention
of export cargo claims and other contentious issues. AllFresh
has a wide knowledge not only of refrigeration applications,
but also of commodity storage and logistics requirements.
