Steven
K. Wolfe - Chief Executive
Steven Wolfe has diverse and complementary
experience in agricultural management. He has been a leader
in the development of fresh food shelf-life extension
and atmospheric control in fresh produce and meats; as
well as in the general marketing, handling, and technology
of value-added packaging. He has held executive positions
in consumer marketing of food products and international

agribusiness. He has also consulted
for several national agribusinesses in the U.S. Wolfe
has prior operations and financial experience in the manufacturing
of processing and cooling equipment. Wolfe earned a Ph.
D. in Chemistry at the University of California at Davis
and a Masters in Business Administration from St. Mary’s
College of Moraga. |
Richard (Dick) Crabb - Consulting Engineer

Dick Crabb has been
involved in creative applications and technologies in
the agricultural community for over 30 years. He has founded
and/or headed several engineering and refrigeration applications
corporations. He has contributed a number of innovations
to he produce industry, and has several application patents.
He has served in many leadership roles in industry |
associations, including a term
as President of the national Refrigeration Engineers and
Technicians Association (RETA). Crabb is widely-known
in the agribusiness community. Mr. Crabb provides leadership
for our engineering and staff, presently performing as
CTO in guiding product development, as well as handling
business development in North America. |
